Tampere University of Applied Sciences (TAMK) offers Bachelor and Master level studies for 10 000 students in seven educational fields. The education focuses on technology, business and wellbeing services.

Why TAMK
TAMK offers five Bachelor's degree programmes, which are fully taught in English: Environmental Engineering, International Business, Media, Nursing and Tourism. TAMK also offers an English Master's degree programme in Information Technology.

TAMK is a multi-cultural and multi-lingual studying environment. There are more than 400 students in the English degree programmes and another 400 exchange students studying at TAMK every year. TAMK has more than 300 partner institutions around the world.

Why Tampere
Tampere is the largest inland city in the Nordic countries, situated in beautiful Finnish Lakeland. The capital of a vibrant region of 400,000 inhabitants, Tampere is renowned as a strong national and international competence centre for the ICT, mechanical engineering and automation industries as well as health technology. With 40,000 students, Tampere is Finland’s second largest concentration of higher education and the nation’s most attractive city for taking studies. Besides TAMK, the city’s two universities offer international students high-standard education in English in a wide variety of fields.
