MSc Programmes
Computing and Software Technology – a wide ranging, practically-focussed advanced degree, ideal for those aiming for a high-flying career in the international software industry.
Computing and Future Interaction Technology – a specialized degree focussing on leading edge developments in human interaction with computer-based devices, including mobile, ubiquitous and embedded technology, as well as traditional computer systems.
Undergraduate Programmes
Swansea offers three-year BSc programmes; a four-year Master of Engineering programme, and a Foundation year scheme. We have degrees in: Computer Science, Computing (MEng), Computing and Communications, Mathematics for Computer Science, as well as joint degrees with Physics, Economics, Psychology and others.
Research Opportunities
Our research groups in Graphics, Human-Computer Interaction and Theoretical Computer Science are always looking for well-qualified graduates to join their programmes. Each group offers one-year research training Masters programmes (MRes) as well as PhD positions. Also, we have research interests in other areas, such as Computational Fluid Dynamics and Artificial Intelligence.

Working and Careers
Our industrial liaison team IT Wales (http://www.itwales.com) organizes optional employment placements in the local software industry for International Masters students. As well as being financially rewarding, this scheme enables students to gain industrial experience in the UK computing industry, and can lead to a post graduation job.
