In the School of Electrical, Electronic and Computer Engineering we have a long tradition of welcoming students from all over the world - we currently have over 250 students from over 50 countries outside the UK.


We offer four taught undergraduate degrees and four taught postgraduate degrees:

MEng/BEng Electrical and Electronic Engineering
MEng/BEng Electronic Engineering
MEng/BEng Electronic Communications
MEng/BEng Computer Systems Engineering

Postgraduate Degrees
MSc Automation and Control
MSc Communications and Signal Processing
MSc Electrical Power
MSc Microelectronics

Foundation years are available for all degrees

Degrees of Master (MPhil) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) by research in the following areas:
Power Electronics, Machines and Drives
Communications and Signal Processing
Microelectronics and Design
